Hey y’all! I’m Kristen Fondren.

First of all, welcome! Whether you’re relocating to the Florida Panhandle, buying your first home, or looking for a fresh start, I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a lifelong resident of the Florida Panhandle (with a couple of short stints elsewhere), and I truly can’t imagine calling anywhere else home. We’re blessed with beautiful beaches, friendly neighbors, great schools, and a community that still believes in helping one another. It’s a special place, and I’d love to help y’all find your place in it.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I built my career in education, where I discovered my passion for serving families and helping people navigate life’s biggest milestones. That same heart for serving is what I bring to real estate. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make, and you deserve someone who will listen, communicate honestly, and walk beside you every step of the way.

If you’re relocating, I know you probably have a lot of questions and I love answering them! From neighborhoods and schools to local restaurants, youth sports, and hidden gems around town, I’m always happy to share what makes this community so special. My goal isn’t just to help you buy a house. It’s to help you feel at home.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me wherever my family is. My husband is a law enforcement officer, and together we’re raising three wonderful kids who keep us busy with baseball, soccer, football, dance, theater, and school events. Our faith is at the center of our family, so you’ll often find us serving at church, cheering from the sidelines, or enjoying a boat day at Shell Island. Being active in our church and community has allowed me to build relationships throughout Bay County, and I love helping others get connected here too.

To me, real estate is about relationships, trust, and serving people well. Whether you’re buying your very first home or making a move across the country, my goal is to make the process as smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free as possible. I want every client to feel like family, and I hope to be a trusted resource long after closing day.
