Looking for a Rental in Historic Virgnia

Rentals are super tough right now. I hear your struggle and I’m trying to help you guys the best I can. I’ve helped several folks here find a rental.

Here are some ideas to help the search 💡

👀 Look for rentals that haven been on the MLS longer (it’s on the top right side how many days it’s been on)

⚡️ If your credit is below 600 (either spouse) put in for on-post/base housing while you work on increasing it (reach out I have resources that can help)

🐹🐈🐰🐕. or more pets, consider buying if you can it’s SOO hard to find a rental that allows multiple pets

📳 ☎️ You have to call these property managers they don’t typically respond quickly to any communication but def not email, blow their phones up if you want info.

👀 Check our areas that many people don’t think of right away, ie: Williamsburg, Toano, Hayes, Smithfield

🤔 I know y’all don’t want to hear it but you MAY have to secure that rental prior to arriving if you want something before your out of time in TLF.

🤧 If you or someone in the family has bad allergies consider buying and specifically focus on new construction.
