Hampton Virignia..Why you should give it a solid go..

Hampton is 136 sq miles encompassing 14 zip codes. With housing inventory at an all time low, this is a large chunk of housing to simply ignore.

Why you should rethink your opinion on Hampton:

💥 Access to most shopping and dining

-wanna go to Target? Bass Pro? Harris Teeter? A large selection of Restaurants?

💥 Commute to Base

-Northern Williamsburg and Toano can be 45min Gloucester and some parts of Yorktown can be 30 plus min, Smithfield is 45 min if you work at Eustis

💥 Hampton is one of the only local areas that has academies for free with excellent magnet opportunities as well.

💥 Tons of neighborhoods to choose from including gated, ammenities, and million dollar homes water front as well!

💥 Affordability

-Yorktown, Williamsburg and a few others are amongst the highest out of pocket offers I’m seeing right now 😓

If you’ve been told not to live in Hampton, please consider not writing off the ENTIRE city over someone’s limited opinion. Inventory is not a luxury we have right now 💜

There are MANY great places to live around here ❤️ so please don’t misunderstand me I’m not saying “live here over there etc” I’m simply saying don’t write off areas that could be amazing without your own research and due diligence 💜💜 being from here we have lived in many of the different cities around and love something different about each one.
